Our sages spoke about the importance of praying in Hebrew. They taught that even though permission was granted to pray in other languages, it has been always favored to pray in Leshon Hakodesh (the Holy Tongue). In numerous writings since the Biblical era, the Holy Tongue has been known as a reference to the divine spiritual language - Hebrew. The sages taught that it is better to pray in Hebrew, even if the praying person does not understand the words. An ancient Masoret (tradition) teaches us that the Hebrew alphabet existed prior to the creation of the world, and that God used the twenty-two Hebrew letters as raw material for the creation. This understanding affected faith practices in numerous languages. Hence, Hebrew words such as ‘Amen’ and ‘Halleluyah’ (pronounced this way and not as the common non-Hebrew spelling ‘hallelujah.’). Check it out for yourself: do you really know the deep meaning of the word ‘Amen’?
The answer is threefold: ‘Amen’ is “Truth,” “Believe” and “Practice.” The entire faith in God is folded in these three words: ‘believing the truthfulness of God and His Word and constantly practicing this belief.’ Quite awesome! isn’t it?
Unlike common names in most world’s languages, Hebrew names are always meaningful and contain a future projected code. Most of the names in the Hebrew Bible meaningfully manifest the role each name bearer plays in the Biblical narrative. The meaning of Biblical names, for instance, often foreshadows the destiny of the Biblical character. In a way, the name is a ‘legit’ future teller. For Hebrew speakers, merely reading the Bible adds this immediate extra dimension. But, naturally, most Bible readers across the world do not know Hebrew. Or should we add: ‘yet’...
In addition to the known characters in the Bible, all human beings have names. There is no doubt that each person’s name is very significant and is endeared by their givers (mostly parents) and by their bearers. However, naturally most names are not Hebrew names, or at least, on the surface they don’t sound Hebrew. We deeply believe that all names are spiritually connected to God and to His Holy Tongue - Hebrew. Yes, and this includes your own name!
Deciphering the hidden spiritual Hebrew code in your own name is the purpose of this site.
It has been long claimed that most languages are ultimately derived from the Hebrew language. The great American linguist, Dr. Isaac Mozeson who authored the revolutionary book THE WORD, has proven that the source of English is Biblical Hebrew and that all languages ultimately link up, and only through variations of the original, universal language - Hebrew.
What is Hebrew Name Code?
We read in Exodus 2:1-2
"And there went a man of the house of Levi, and took for his wife a daughter of Levi. And the woman conceived, and bore a son; and when she saw that he was a handsome child, she hid him three months. And when she could not longer hide him, she took for him an ark made of reeds, and daubed it with slime and with pitch, and put the child in it; and she laid it in the rushes by the river's brink.
We read in verse 5: And the daughter of Pharaoh came down to wash herself at the river; and her maidens walked along by the river's side; and when she saw the ark among the reeds, she sent her maid to fetch it.
We read in verse 10: And the child grew, and she brought him to Pharaoh's daughter, and he became her son. And she called his name Moses; and she said, Because I drew him out of the water."

When you read verse 10 you cannot tell what’s the correction between the baby’s name and the reason Pharaoh’s daughter names him Moses. For Hebrew readers the reason needs no explanation. The name Moses in Hebrew is “Moshe” and this is exactly the sound and the meaning of a verb that has no english equivalent. It means “to pull out something (from liquid)."
